Embrace and Embody Membership Association Agreement

(A Private Contract Membership Association)

I hereby accept the terms of membership in the Embrace and Embody Membership Association (hereinafter Association), a private venue, original and exclusive jurisdiction membership association available only by invitation and with application approval. With the sealing of this membership agreement, I accept the offer made to become a member of the Association. By signing this agreement, the member agrees to act in accordance with Embrace and Embody Mission

Statement: We are a sacred community dedicated to empowering individuals to self-actualize and embody their highest potential by mastering their mental, physical, spiritual, and emotional faculties. Rooted in the wisdom of ascended masters, guided by universal laws, and informed by quantum physics, natural medicine, ayurveda, Chinese medicine, yoga, somatics, mindset work, NLP, and one’s own erotic energy, we focus on prevention, body-mind-spirit cohesion, nutrition, lifestyle, self-actualization, and authentic self-expression. We offer a holistic framework to restore harmony within body, mind, and spirit, empowering individuals to achieve their optimal vitality.

Our mission is to nurture the vital life force within each person by cultivating a path to self actualization by finding balance and inner cohesiveness between body, mind, and spirit. We align with one's inner knowing and nature’s wisdom and focus on prevention and lifestyle practices which allows us to be our most authentic version of ourselves to achieve our highest potential. Through transformative practices and education, we support the development of self-awareness, balance, and authentic expression. We honor each individual's unique gifts, intuition, passions, and desires as personal guides to self-actualization, helping them achieve their fullest expression of self.

We guide individuals to recognize their interconnectedness with all life and step into their divine truth as creators and an expression of God, embracing their role as stewards of the Earth and its inhabitants. We also recognize our place in the grand tapestry of existence, woven in time, looking to nature and our ancestors to better understand our own rhythms, cycles, and the wisdom found in both living and dying. Together, we thrive as embodiments of love, living in harmony with the greater cosmos, each fulfilling their unique purpose and living in alignment with our highest calling.

This Association of members, hereby declares that our purpose is to exist as a society living in peace under inherent law, to provide mutual benefits to all members and to protect our members’ rights to freedom of choice regarding our education and healthcare. As members, we affirm jurisdiction under inherent law as Natural Law.

This agreement is entered to maintain and protect all birth rights and establish freedom of choice relating to the bodies, minds, and spirits of every member of our association.

Members decide what is best for themselves and their legal or health condition. Thus, the ultimate goal of membership is to accept full responsibility for every aspect of one's life, health and well being while becoming a self-governing member of this Association.

This agreement is between members of the Association in private relationship. In confirmation, I have freely chosen to change my legal status in this Association from a public person to a private member in the Association. My activities within the Association are protected by this private contract that precludes me from sharing any information regarding the Association or fellow Members with the public or any non-members.

The Association shall attempt to resolve any dispute between an aggrieved party and the association privately should such negotiation fail, the next resort shall be mediation. Any aggrieved party may request that the Association appoint a mediator acceptable to all parties concerned to resolve a dispute with the Association through mediation.

Should mediation fail, arbitration shall be the next resort.Any aggrieved party unsatisfied by mediation may request in writing that the Association convene a Board of Arbitration to resolve any dispute between the aggrieved party and the Association. Unless otherwise specified by a prior contract between the aggrieved party and the Association, the Board of Arbitration shall consist of three Men, independent of the Association: one selected by the aggrieved party, one selected by the Association, and the third selected jointly by the two selected arbitrators. The Board of Arbitration shall, after meeting, investigation, and majority agreement, give judgment, which shall be binding on all parties.

Thus, I hereby certify, attest and warrant that I, of sound mind and body, am competent to sign, have carefully read and understood the plain language of this agreement for Embrace and Embody Membership Association Agreement and voluntarily accept the private terms therein and in the Memorandum of Understanding and hereby intend these terms and this agreement to bind myself, my family, heirs, nominees, agents and assigns in confidentiality for a minimum of 20 years.

I attest that I have freely chosen to change my legal status in this Association from a public person to a private member in the Association. All interactions and exchanges within our association are confidential, occurring privately among individuals who elect to engage privately, and contain sensitive information meant only for the designated recipient. The Embrace and Embody Association and Embrace and Embody Fellowship assert all rights and disclaim responsibility for the content's use by members, users, or visitors. All rights are asserted unequivocally by the sender(s), without any waiver of rights.

Public entities and individuals at the state and federal levels are prohibited from accessing or using content from this association’s site, or any platform without explicit consent from the Embrace and Embody Fellowship and Association. Violations of these terms will incur liability in both personal and official capacities.

Embrace and Embody Association: Embrace and Embody Association, a Private Membership Association operating under natural law principles, hereinafter referred to as the "Association."The Member and the Association (collectively, the "Parties") agree as follows:

Purpose of Agreement:

This Agreement establishes the terms and conditions under which the Member will participate in the Association, receiving specific benefits that align with the natural rights and responsibilities of free individuals.

These benefits include:

Member Benefits: Access to holistic education, coaching, and mentorship focused on self-actualization, embodiment, and nervous system regulation. Personalized support for nutrition, stress management, and lifestyle design based on individual needs and natural healing principles. Exclusive participation in private community gatherings, workshops, and retreats tailored to holistic well-being and divine embodiment. Confidential, personalized wellness assessments and guidance, including HTMA testing, acupressure, Yin Yoga, Breathe work, and neuro-somatic practices offered. Access to a private network of like-minded individuals committed to holistic living and personal sovereignty.

Terms of Service:

At Embrace and Embody, we empower individuals to rediscover their vitality and step into their sensuality through a holistic approach that nurtures the body, mind, and spirit. By integrating ancient wisdom, quantum healing, and the harmonious cultivation of body, mind, and spirit, we guide people on a journey of self-expression, aligned with truth and authenticity. We honor the Earth as our sacred teacher, recognizing the profound interconnectedness of all life and the divine design in her nourishment. Through personalized care—including HTMA analysis, nutrition, nervous system regulation, education on life stages, and support for daily habits— we help individuals release past programming, foster safety, and cultivate a deeper connection to themselves. By embracing the joy and fulfillment of living in their bodies, we guide them toward uncovering the root causes of imbalance and aligning with their unique gifts and purpose. In partnership with the Earth, we return to the vital, sustaining expressions of life as God intended, empowering individuals to achieve their highest potential, live authentically, and fulfill their divine purpose.

No Guarantees- The Association does not guarantee specific results from participation in services or programs. Each member is responsible for their own growth and well-being and understands that personal transformation is a self-directed journey.

Refund Policy- Given the nature of the services provided, no refunds will be issued once this Agreement is signed. The Member affirms that they have made an informed decision in joining the Association and receiving the stated benefits.

Scheduling and Completion of Services- Membership benefits, including sessions, workshops, and courses, must be used within the agreed-upon timeframes. Unused services will not roll over unless otherwise specified in writing by the Association.

Nature of Services:

Embrace and Embody Private Membership Association (PMA) is a holistic wellness and education organization dedicated to empowering individuals in reclaiming their vitality, sensuality, and authentic expression. Through an integrative approach that harmonizes body, mind, and spirit, we provide private, member-only services focused on: Holistic Health & Wellness – Supporting optimal well-being through personalized care, including Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA), nutrition guidance, mineral balancing, detoxification strategies, and nervous system regulation.

Somatic & Energetic Healing – Offering trauma-informed practices, quantum healing techniques, and body-based therapies to support deep healing and self-discovery.

Personal Development- Self Actualization & Mindset Coaching – Guiding members in releasing limiting beliefs, past conditioning, and emotional blockages to step into their full potential.

Intimacy & Relationship Education – Providing resources and guidance on deepening connections, exploring sensuality, and cultivating fulfilling relationships.

Spiritual & Earth-Based Living – Educating on natural rhythms, sustainable practices, and aligning with the wisdom of the Earth for a more harmonious and connected life.

Community & Educational Resources – Delivering exclusive courses, workshops, and member-only content to support holistic transformation in all areas of life.

All benefits are provided exclusively within the private domain of Embrace and Embody PMA and are not available to the general public. By participating, members acknowledge that they are engaging in a private membership-based relationship, governed by the terms of Embrace and Embody PMA, and not subject to public regulations governing traditional healthcare, wellness, or therapeutic services.

No Guarantees:

The Association does not guarantee specific results from participation in services or programs. Each member is responsible for their own growth and well-being and understands that personal transformation is a self-directed journey.

Given the nature of the services provided, no refunds will be issued once this Agreement is signed. The Member affirms that they have made an informed decision in joining the Association and receiving the stated benefits.

Scheduling and Completion of Services:

Each benefit that a member chooses to take advantage of, by making a contribution, will have its own specific benefit outline and agreement. These agreements will be clearly defined at the time of contribution and must be agreed upon by the member. The outlined benefits and associated timelines will be honored and upheld in full, ensuring that both the member and the Association are aligned in expectations and commitments.

Confidentiality:

a. Scope of Confidentiality: All information shared between the Member and the Association, including but not limited to discussions, educational materials, guidance, templates, and proprietary processes, shall be considered confidential ("Confidential Information"). Both Parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality and shall not disclose, distribute, or share any Confidential Information with any third party without the express written consent of the other Party

b. Survival of Confidentiality: The confidentiality obligations outlined in this Agreement shall survive the termination or expiration of this Agreement, ensuring that the Member and the Association continue to honor these terms indefinitely.

Conflict Resolution and Waiver of Litigation:

a. Waiver of LitigationThe Parties agree that any disputes arising from or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved privately and without resorting to public litigation. Both Parties hereby waive the right to bring a lawsuit in any court or engage in any form of public legal proceedings concerning any issues arising under this Agreement.

b. Alternative Dispute Resolution Process: The Parties agree to the following alternative methods for conflict resolution: Negotiation: In the event of a dispute, the Parties shall first engage in good faith negotiations to attempt to resolve the issue. Either Party may initiate negotiations by providing written notice to the other Party outlining the nature of the dispute.

Mediation:

If negotiation does not resolve the dispute, the Parties agree to seek mediation facilitated by a mutually agreed upon neutral third-party mediator. The mediation process shall remain confidential, and all costs associated with mediation shall be shared equally by the Parties.

Private Arbitration:

If mediation is unsuccessful, the Parties agree to submit the dispute to a Private Board of Arbitration ("Board"). The Board shall be composed of three (3) neutral individuals, with each Party selecting one arbitrator, and the two arbitrators selecting a third. The arbitration process shall be conducted in accordance with the principles of natural law, and the decision of the Board shall be final, binding, and enforceable in any jurisdiction recognized by natural law principles. Costs associated with arbitration shall be shared equally by the Parties unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Member Responsibilities:

a. ParticipationThe Member agrees to engage fully and in good faith with the Association during the course of the provided calls. This includes being prepared, on time, and ready to engage in meaningful dialogue, free of distraction, to maximize the benefit of the educational sessions.

b. Private Nature of the AgreementThe Member acknowledges that this Agreement is a private arrangement between two natural persons under natural law and is not subject to the jurisdiction of public courts or government agencies unless both Parties consent. The Member agrees to uphold the confidentiality of the Association’s teachings, materials, and processes and will not share them with third parties outside of this private membership agreement.

Association Responsibilities:

a. Service Provision: The Association agrees to deliver the outlined services in good faith and within the agreed-upon timeframe. The Association will provide a reasonable level of care, attention, and expertise during the consultative sessions.

b. Confidentiality: All conversations, materials, and information shared between the Parties are strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party without the express consent of the Member, except as required by law.

Natural Law Governance:

This Agreement is governed by natural law principles, as recognized by free, sovereign individuals. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall first be resolved in good faith through private negotiation between the Parties. If a resolution cannot be achieved, the Parties agree to seek mediation or arbitration within the framework of natural law principles, avoiding public court systems unless mutually agreed otherwise.

Termination:

Termination of the Agreement does not affect the confidentiality or other obligations that survive the termination.

Entire Agreement:

This document represents the entire understanding and agreement between the Parties. No oral representations, statements, or inducements apart from this written Agreement have been made.
